This precious fluffy cheeked lion is an easy beginner to intermediate level project and comes with yarn specifications and simple step-by-step punching strategy for a sculpted look achieved by using every one of the FINE Oxford Punch Needle. You can also complete this project with only one size. 

The pattern is traced by hand with black Sharpie marker on 10-inch square, 15-inch square or 24-inch square pre-cut backing fabric. 

Bonus instructions show how to finish this project with a no-sew adhesive method on a wood framed coaster base. Turn you coaster into a bag charm with simple, easy-to-source hardware. Yarn packs are available for this project in my shop under the category: Yarn Packs. 

Your choices for this pattern:
1, 4, or 9 traced patterns per pre-cut backing (depending on size).
Select monk's cloth or primitive linen pre-cut with finished edges. 

• 1-up fits on 10" square backing cloth appropriate for a 6" gripper frame.
  
• 4-up fits on a 15" square backing cloth appropriate for a 14" gripper frame.
  
• 9-up fits on a 24" square backing cloth appropriate for an 18" gripper frame.
